Dinomite & Lucy – ZDF TV Show VFX Work
This page features selected VFX work I contributed to for the ZDF TV production Dinomite & Lucy.
Dinomite & Lucy is a kid's TV show set in the prehistoric age and the story revolves around a an eccentric dinosaur (Dinomite) and his unruly human pet (Lucy).
It's distributed by ZDF Studios and produced at M.A.R.K. 13. I worked as Houdini FX artist for this show. My task was to create and develop effects (fx) like smoke, water and electricity. The challenge here was to hit the right tone and styly of the cartoony look.
After one year of work we had delivered several hundred fx-shots and provided effects for 39 episodes.
